Outsourcing and Staff Support
Golden Energy Services, Inc. is a professional consulting company specialized in the development and on-going management of natural gas and electricity supplies for large energy users. The services, pricing and contracts provide a single point contact for services over the course of several years. Our objective is "to deliver overwhelming value" to all of the customers whom we serve – we have been able to consistently achieve that objective, and our customers have realized substantial energy cost reductions.
Our cost structure provides for a full suite of continuous services with expertise from the team of professionals at a cost that is less than the cost of a single employee for each site. As a result we have had long term relationships with most of our customers. In these relationships, we provide an outsourced solution to energy management or a staff support function.
Staff support functions and outsourced energy management varies depending on the current energy management systems and site requirements. The outsourcing contract will include specific “Grants of Authority” to meet the reliability and cost control requirements of the customer. Golden Energy will provide the entire set up and control system and quality assurance reporting. We will also provide all correspondence to the commodity, transportation and distribution service suppliers to become limited agents for your accounts.
Golden Energy Services provides a single point contact to work with the assigned manager within the client’s site. We have little turnover and the single point contact rarely changes. Golden Energy will invest itself to understand the customer’s limitations and special needs if any. The services will be inspected closely and thoroughly to insure the strategies, policies, procedures, reporting and communications systems we bring to you work timely and effectively without allowing costs to creep back into the organization.
