Seventeen years management experience in operations and development of energy businesses including integrated energy strategy development, negotiations and tailored solutions.

Larry Campbell is an owner and co-founder of Golden Energy Services, Inc. Golden Energy Services, Inc. currently manages over $200 million in electricity and natural gas commodities for clients throughout the United States and Canada. The primary business of Golden Energy Services, Inc. is the development and on-going management of energy supply strategies and solutions for its clients.

Prior to founding Golden Energy Services, Inc., Larry held the position of Energy Service Manager at e-prime, Inc., an unregulated subsidiary of Xcel Energies, and was responsible for energy strategy development and implementation through each component of the supply and transportation value chain to reduce costs for end-use customers.

His experience as Vice President of Coors Energy Company included the development of an Integrated Resource Strategy for electricity, natural gas and coal for multiple industrial facilities in Colorado. He is experienced in the tactical implementation of cost reduction strategies in multiple types of fuels and delivery systems and has broad experience leveraging and negotiating supply and transportation agreements that obtain the lowest available pricing and that mitigate risk and capital investment by end-use customers.

Larry has been the on-site manager of a coalmine, natural gas producing field, gas processing plant and pipeline construction projects in addition to his business development positions. He has been responsible for the management of $70 million in energy assets and the acquisition of $35 million in energy supplies and delivery annually.

Tom Mulholland is an owner and co-founder of Golden Energy Services, Inc. Golden Energy Services, Inc. currently manages over $200 million in electricity and natural gas commodities for clients throughout the United States and Canada. The primary business of Golden Energy Services, Inc. is the development and on-going management of energy supply strategies and solutions for its clients.

Prior to founding Golden Energy Services, Inc., he held the position of Principal at e prime, Inc., an unregulated subsidiary of Xcel Energies. He was responsible for development of the e prime, Inc. business case including achieving Board approval for $10 million in initial capitalization, and the implementation of energy commodity management strategies. While at Public Service Company of Colorado, he managed the outsourcing of its information technology operations, which resulted in savings of over $500 million over a ten-year period.

Tom has successfully implemented many energy efficiency projects, including manufacturing process modification, lighting, HVAC and controls improvements. Tom was previously responsible for development of cogeneration and chilled water projects.

Tom previously held positions as Industrial Sales Manager for Public Service Company of Colorado, and Market Development Manager for Illinois Power Company. Tom has closed over $300 million in electric contracts over the past 10 years.
