Golden Energy Services, Inc. is a professional consulting company specialized in the development and on-going management of natural gas and electricity supplies for large energy users. Golden Energy's customers include single locations, campuses, and large multinational companies, including several for whom Golden provides energy management services for the corporation in its entirety (at US and Canadian locations).
The services, pricing and contracts provide a single point contact for services over the course of several years. Our objective is "to deliver overwhelming value" to all of the customers whom we serve. We have been able to consistently achieve that objective, and our customers have realized substantial energy cost reductions. Our contract prices for a full suite of expertise from the team of professionals who provide services are less than the cost of a single employee for each site.
Costs are spread out over the contract term for two reasons. First, there is no initial cost shock. Prices are always low, often a fraction of 1% of an entity's energy costs. Secondly, we manage the contracts we leverage and negotiate and are available for consultation at no additional cost throughout the contract term. Our clients are encouraged to call and discuss anything from ideas, to marketer promises, to energy in the news to capture savings or simply respond to inquiries from within their management structure.
Our contracts address immediate issues to assure reliability and cost control and set the stage for savings through efficiency and cost reduction. The contracts are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of a single location or an entity with multiple sites. The contracts provide for expansion or contraction of services and sites based on changes in the customer's business and are designed to assure performance from energy suppliers during the term of the contract.
Imbedded in the services are data bases of pricing history and supplier contracts, terms and language that will help us provide our customers with the full benefits of the supply arrangement. Our history, experience and market research of the industries will not only wring out costs from each segment of the value chain, they will provided needed support to assure the supplier shares the risks of service.
